Harvey Wallbanger-Cocktail
This is a easy driking cocktail too!, fairly easy to mix, once you know how. What you will need for making this cocktail is as follows:
1 x shot of Vodka
1 x shot of Galliano.
Dash of Grenadine
Orange Juice.
Ice cubes.
Cocktail Shaker
Glass (Gib Beverage type), or any ‘chunky’ glass from your cupboard.
Orange (fruit) cut as a wheel. (for decoration).
2 x Drinking Straws.
Firstly, pour the single shot of both Vodka and Galliano in the bottom of the cocktail shaker, then add (about a third of the way up the cocktail shaker), the orange juices.
Shake the cocktail shaker over your shoulder about 10-15 times, (in order for the drink to mix properly).
Then pour into the glass, with roughly 5 x ice cubes, then garnish with the orange ‘wheel’. Finally, add the dash of Grenadine, that gives it that lovely ’steaky’ colour.
Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Summer and Winter Events
These are some of the events we have been working at. Early on in the year, we ran a cocktail bar at a 40th birthday party in Blackpool; which was fun. We had a busy period of events, in June/July and August last year. We were demonstrating how to make cocktails in North Shropshire, a Hen Night on the Wirral, a 40th Birthday party in Barnsley and a 21st Birthday party, right on our doorstep!, all in July, for example. We went further a field than normal so our reputation must be growing!.
Around December we were also very busy, we were at a 21st Birthday party in Skelmersdale, and where required to supply a reception drink, at a Christmas party with a difference, as it was inside a car showroom, which incorporated a marquee! It was a fantastic night.!
