Harvey Wallbanger-Cocktail
This is a easy driking cocktail too!, fairly easy to mix, once you know how. What you will need for making this cocktail is as follows:
1 x shot of Vodka
1 x shot of Galliano.
Dash of Grenadine
Orange Juice.
Ice cubes.
Cocktail Shaker
Glass (Gib Beverage type), or any ‘chunky’ glass from your cupboard.
Orange (fruit) cut as a wheel. (for decoration).
2 x Drinking Straws.
Firstly, pour the single shot of both Vodka and Galliano in the bottom of the cocktail shaker, then add (about a third of the way up the cocktail shaker), the orange juices.
Shake the cocktail shaker over your shoulder about 10-15 times, (in order for the drink to mix properly).
Then pour into the glass, with roughly 5 x ice cubes, then garnish with the orange ‘wheel’. Finally, add the dash of Grenadine, that gives it that lovely ’steaky’ colour.
Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Brandy Alexander Cocktail
Kahula
Half Cream (double or single)
Half Milk (mixed together)
Cocoa powder
Margarita Glass (or similar from your cupboard)
Ice Cubes
2 x sip straws.
Cocktail Shaker/Glass
Drink Strainer
This is a short, but very enjoyable cocktail, and easy to drink. It is also fairly easy to make!
To start, you need to ‘pre-chill’ the Margarita glass, by filling it up with ice! This is so, by the time the time you have mixed the cocktail and are ready to pour it, the glass is cold enough. Pour equal measures (one shot of each), of Brandy and Kahula into the bottom of the cocktail shaker, with (about a third of the way up the cocktail shaker), the pre-mixed milk and cream. Before, shaking the cocktail, place a few ice cubes in the cocktail shaker, then shake the cocktail mix roughly 10/15 times over your shoulder. Throw away the ice in the margarita glass, and strain the cocktail, as you pour it from the shaker into the glass. Ensuring no ice is put into the glass. Finally garnish with a sprinkle of coco powder. Relax and enjoy!
